Jay WB8TKL has experience building *TWO* Mobile Command Centers for the Monroe County OCP - Office of Civil Preparednessi. The first was a 1954 BlueBird school bus that a few years later was replaced with a MUCH more capable 10-wheel drive M220 Military Shop Van.
I also lead a team that met once per month to build-out the Red Cross Comm-Center. THAT served as a ARROW Club Station for many years :)

This picture was taken at Hamvention in 2026.... and of all the Comm trailers I have seen on display at Hamvention, this one is my favorite design for a number of reasons.
Note the overhead cabinets (with Dry Erase pained surfaces), corkboard for notes and noise suppression, plenty of places to mount radios inside cubbies as well as underneath the cubbies or atop the desktop.
